    We are looking for an ASP.NET MVC C# Fullstack Web Developer – Remote – F/D/M

    The Company

    discoverize is a small, remote team of 7 developing our own product – a white-label business portal software. We provide complex and customizable solutions to our customers. As our company grows, we are looking to also grow our dev team.

    Our vision is to enable our customers to run the best possible portal in their niche and our mission is to build a productive and usable software while also providing great support and consulting.

    At discoverize, we avoid hierarchies, use OKRs for personal and team growth and everybody has the chance to create a direct impact on the outcome.

    The Product

    Since our customers business ideas range from tourism to health care, from B2C to B2B, our product is applicable in very many cases. To meet the demand of dynamically growing businesses of our customers, we do our best to tailor the application so that new customers can kickstart their portals as fast and easily as possible.

    discoverize is a bootstrapped product that we are fully in charge of. We only report to ourselves. Therefore, there are many ways how you can make a difference at our company and for our product.

    The Team

    We are a small devops team with currently three members from Germany and Poland. Therefore, we speak English as the main team language.

    We are responsible for the whole infrastructure and product development lifecycle. We manage our work highly autonomously in an agile way which is deeply influenced by scrum (meetings, iterations, practices). We are always open for improvements and welcome and embrace new ideas and experiments to improve our workflow and our overall team culture.

    We work closely together with our two designers.

    Job description

    We are looking for someone to integrate into our team, product and culture for a longterm commitment. This means you will work full time between 30-40h per week for years to come. You will be part of the agile dev team that builds new features, improves existing features and continues to build our portal software. Your main task will be to implement ASP.NET MVC C# code, some javascript and if possible some SQL server todos. You will be part of preparing and evaluating feature ideas, estimating benefits and effort as well as evaluating features after deployment through metrics.

    We are looking for a good fit with our team and want you to be part of our growth as a team and our product. We are not looking for a gun-for-hire.
